Rick Goss
35 years of total Martial Arts Training. Over 25 years of teaching experience. Sensei Rick Goss currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt under Grand Master Ron Browning and a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Yousef Alirezaei. Other training experience includes greco roman and freestyle wrestling, JKD Concepts, Boxing, Kali and Escrima, Muay Thai and American Kickboxing. Jun Fan Boxing, Kung Fu, and many other varieties of different martial arts.
Paul Slaughter
Having received the ranking of 3rd degree black belt, I have currently trained under Rick Goss for around 12 years. I have also received my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Josh Bosquez (a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under UFC fighter Chris Brennan). Since the age of 13, I have also received training in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Braziliian Jiu Jitsu. I started my journey to becoming a Martial Arts instructor at the age of 11 as an Instructor’s assistant. When I was 13 I became a regular instructor. Now I am a Head Instructor, having been teaching children’s classes for over 4 years.
Josh Ruff
Started training at martial arts at age 16. For the last 6 years I have trained under Master Rick Goss in mxed martial arts. Also have 6 years of brazilian jiu-jitsu under Dave Sneed and 4 years Muay Thai with Saekson Janjira. Other noted coaches and trainers include Marcus Hicks (Lightweight Contender WEC), Yousef Alirezaei (BJJ Black Belt), Terrance Douglas (Carlos Machado Black Belt).
