Designed to burn fat, develop lean muscle, and condition the whole body. We combine light weight training, aspects of Yoga, Pilates, isometric, plyometric, and cardiovascular enhancement.

Combines the techniques from Kickboxing, Aikido, Judo, Small Circle and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, San soo Kung Fu, Filipino weapons, and Muay Thai. The adult student learns to defend in standing and ground fighting positions. Excellent for ages 14 and up.
