We are continually striving to make your experience at Rick's Kicks a good one.

Rick's Kicks has put together a good combination of stretching, aerobic, and cardio conditioning into a great package of body sculpting classes. Learn Boxing and Kickboxing techniques without the contact of a boxing environment. You will learn self-defense techniques such as jabbing, kicking, punching and blocking. Each workout will provide a rigorous aerobic workout while also toning your arms, legs, thighs, hips, and abs. Training will include shaddow boxing, bag work, hand-pad drills, and many coordination and balance drills.

 
Conditioning - The Saturday (8:00am) class is picking up. The prime goal of this class is to give you additional cardio, strength training and coordination exercises. If you are looking to burn a few more calories, this is the class for you.
