Rick's Kicks has put together a good combination of stretching, aerobic, and cardio conditioning into a great package of body sculpting classes. Learn Boxing and Kickboxing techniques without the contact of a boxing environment. You will learn
self-defense techniques such as jabbing, kicking, punching and blocking.
Each workout will provide a rigorous aerobic workout while also toning your arms, legs, thighs, hips, and abs. Training will include shaddow boxing, bag work, hand-pad drills, and many coordination and balance drills.
