Jiu Jitsu Competition Team: This program was designed to help advance the Jiu Jitsu skills of existing Rick's Students students that have an interest in tuning their skills for Jiu Jitsu competition. This is an advanced program and requires a good understanding of Jiu Jitsu and dedication to intense training.

Body Sculpting / Kickboxing: designed to burn fat, develop lean muscle, and condition the whole body. We combine light weight training, aspects of Yoga, Pilates, isometric, plyometric, and cardiovascular enhancement.

Adult Freestyle: Combines the techniques from Kickboxing, Aikido, Judo, Small Circle and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, San soo Kung Fu, Filipino weapons, and Muay Thai. The adult student learns to defend in standing and ground fighting positions. Excellent for ages 14 and up.
