Parent Work Out DayPlease join your student in class today! Parents please dress appropriately. We recommend mid-thigh length shorts or sweats along with a t-shirt. Shoes will NOT be allowed on the training mat. We will work on teaching the parents simple moves to work on at home with the students. NORMAL CLASS SCHEDULE! |
